Throughout our collaborative journey, Trinax has provided excellent support and demonstrated strong research abilities to formulate the future customer journey for our users and conduct feature analysis on commercial property listing websites. Trinax’s professionalism was also displayed in mapping out user’s pain points during the design workshop and various focus group sessions. The teamship between SLA and Trinax had successfully delivered the project’s goal and final deliverables for management’s endorsement within the timeline.

Trinax is a valued partner in our vision to developing an instant-fulfilment system for beauty products in Downtown Gallery. For 2 years, we searched for a vendor who understands and shares our vision to bring forth such a concept to the market. Everything clicked when we met Trinax. The team understood our needs as well as customers’ expectations of a pleasurable experience when buying beauty products through machines. The challenges of bringing to the market a new concept has been made easy with the support from Trinax’s team. Throughout the journey and up to post launch, Joel and his team are always there when we need help. The post launch support is awesome and is a real test of a vendor’s commitment to the project. We are happy to find that Trinax is a partner who not only shares our vision, but supports it.

It was a joy working with Trinax to gamify our customer reward programme. Trinax has demonstrated exceptional service and strong commitment throughout the entire process of creating Manulife Motion Game (MMG), a motion game that is the first of its kind in Singapore. The smiles on people’s faces as they were immersed in the exciting gameplay environment were a sight to behold. Many thanks to your team for being so open-minded and accommodating to our requests for changes. We really appreciate your responsiveness and prompt replies. The project may be over but we are glad to have gained a trusted partner in Trinax, whom we look forward to collaborating with again in the future.

We are now at the end of the project for the OSIM store in Jewel and we are extremely thankful to be working with your team, especially Jay. After she came on board for this project, she has been awesome and we greatly appreciate her professionalism, prompt response and excellent communication throughout this journey. Concerns and issues were promptly ironed out and we did not have to worry about anything. It has been pretty smooth and now that everything is running in our store at Jewel, we would like to celebrate the fruits of our labour with Trinax!

It was great working with Trinax. The teams shared constructive advice and made everything possible! Pocari Sweat needed to educate the public on the importance of rehydration and how Pocari Sweat could help our bodies perform at their optimum even at extreme conditions—like in outer space. For that, a Space Capsule was built. In this interactive cell, the user was prompted to take a picture of himself. Immediately through the 3D projection screen, he was transformed into “astronauts”, wearing a virtual spacesuit. Then, the educational journey took off. From the interactive screen, the user learnt about how an astronaut’s brain, heart and muscle functions were challenged by the tough conditions in space and how they could overcome it by rehydrating themselves with Pocari Sweat, touted as the official beverage for outer space.

The team at Trinax has been a trusted partner of Edrington Singapore, working with us to develop digital touch-points for consumers at across our Asia-Pacific travel retail stores for about 2 years. They have been committed and have added value to the projects, and have shown initiative to improve the existing fixtures and screens.

Many thanks for doing up this fabulous smart machine for SP Graduation Ceremony 2018! From designing of the UI and slides, to configuration and setup of the machine, you were always right there for us! When we had to make any last minute request for changes to be done, you patiently acceded to our request. Indeed much appreciation for your dedication and the effort put into this! It was a joy working with both of you. There were many comments from graduands and alumni that the machine is really cool!
