The app now boasts a tiered membership system that rewards users based on progressive spending. This innovative approach encourages loyalty and offers tailored benefits to users depending on their engagement level.

Seamless Integration with POS Systems
To enhance user convenience, Shilla Access is now seamlessly integrated with more than 100 Point of Sale (POS) systems across Changi Airport. This integration enables real-time tracking of spending and immediate point updates for users, ensuring transparency and instant gratification.

Digital Voucher System
A cutting-edge digital voucher system has been implemented, allowing users to redeem rewards in real-time. This feature not only streamlines the redemption process but also adds an element of instant satisfaction for users.

How Does It Work?

Trinax, a leading name in end-to-end technology solutions, has been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the entire project lifecycle – from conceptualization and design to development and ongoing maintenance.
