What is the Experience?
Due to the vast size of the SAFRA Punggol Club, the aim of this project was to enhance accessibility for members and guests to navigate their way around the club, as well as to digitize the basic concierge services.
The Trinax team implemented two permanent kiosk installations at the club:
Interactive Wayfinding Kiosk – This enables club members and guests to find their destinations all with a simple touch on the screen. The screen will guide them with the shortest path to their destination via arrows and animations.
Interactive Information Kiosk – A range of services are available in this kiosk, such as Events and Promotions e-board that keeps members updated about special offers at the club. It also hosts comprehensive information on the club’s facilities and benefits for guests who are interested to join the club. Two mini games have also been programmed into the kiosk for members and guests to play. For the first games, participants would piece together jigsaw puzzles of different locations within the club. In the second game, participants would watch a 20-second clip of a location within Punggol SAFRA being drawn out and answer appropriately.
The interactive wayfinding and information kiosks have served to effectively enhance the accessibility for members and guests within the club, which in turn provides more pleasant experiences for NSmen and their families. It also improved the productivity of the operations team because concierge services have been digitized, which enables the staff to focus on other operational tasks.
Photo booths have evolved from austere boxes that take only passport photos. Trinax’s comprehensive selection of interactive photo booths is designed to make photo-taking a fun and entertaining experience, leaving users with picture-perfect moments in the form of printed or digital photographs.
Trinax customizes branded and marketing games for platforms, such as websites and social media. Our games can be played on the computer, smartphone and the brick-and-mortar environment. Through a refined design process, these games will bring hours of laughter and joy to any individual.
IWS is a wayfinding software and service that helps visitors navigate their environment easily. Using the floor plans of your building or estate, we render the different floors in 3D and display them as interactive information layers.
Whether it is utilised as a gaming platform, redemption machine or directory for shoppers/travellers/visitors, or to enable transactions, our all-in-one interactive walls and kiosks provide a self-service platform complete with rich and intuitive interactive features.
