This will be a digital claw machine for users to play and grab a can of abalone in the game. Once the digital can is caught, the claw will dispense the abalone on-screen to the corresponding side the dispenser is placed at. The time of release for the digital abalone will be synchronised with the actual dispensing of the abalone can to create a more immersive experience. If there are other prizes besides abalone, or different kinds of abalone, we could differentiate them in the virtual vending machine as well.
Another method of control is available where instead of a traditional claw machine controlled by buttons, it can be changed to using a pressure sensor to determine where the claw grabs. The claw would start moving from left to right, repeatedly looping in these directions, until the player steps on the pressure sensor. Once it has been stepped on, the claw will stop in place and begin descending to grab the item directly under it.
