This project seeks to lavish Canon’s new brick and mortar store with technology, an important aspect due to its competitive location – Funan, the digitally inclined shopping mall. Voice recognition, A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) and touchscreen technology are employed to give Canon an energised and modern brand image.
What is the Experience?
A large LED touchscreen showcases Canon’s latest products and promotions. An A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) robot with voice recognition allows patrons to browse through the catalogue by using speech commands or interactive touch. Additional features include a gallery with canon’s promotional images and contact information.
To give visitors and customers of Cannon’s newest outlet a technologically advanced setup that encompasses the modern digital landscape.
By saying the phrase: “Hi Val”, the A.I. robot named Val will trigger and greet the user. The user may ask a variety of questions, such as opening the gallery or viewing the current promotions. Val will respond to their queries and comply by navigating to the respective page. The touchscreen functions as an alternate way to browse as well.
Whether it is utilised as a gaming platform, redemption machine or directory for shoppers/travellers/visitors, or to enable transactions, our all-in-one interactive walls and kiosks provide a self-service platform complete with rich and intuitive interactive features.
