The CIMB Bank immersive retail experience is a fully automated experience that uses immersive technologies that aims to redefine the typical retail banking experience.
Anamorphic LED screen
Located right at the start of CIMB Bank Express retail space, this anamorphic LED screen will not be missed from its sheer size and design. This LED screen features a curved design that displays eye-catching 3D-like animations that is sure to grasp the attention of passers-by.
Interactive Holographic Concierge
Featuring CIMB Bank’s very own virtual ambassador, this holographic display will greet users upon motion-detection. Visitors coming in and out of the digital branch will be greeted by the holographic mascot as they learn about CIMB’s products to create an innovative and memorable experience.
Interactive Redemption Machine
Gone are the days where you have to speak to a staff member to redeem gifts and products. Instead of the usual interaction with a staff member, customers can now use an interactive touchscreen to claim their products or vouchers.
Arcade of Discovery
The Arcade of Discovery is a gamified experience where visitors will gain knowledge of CIMB products with Octo. This experience serves to enhance the brand presence of both CIMB and its eight-legged mascot.
Interactive RFID Table
Lift and place different items to find out more about CIMB’s products and offerings! Visitors can play around with different products that relates to them as they explore what CIMB has to offer.
To redefine and revolutionise the typical banking experience through the use of immersive technologies.
This wholistic banking experience utilises technologies to bring forward a fully-automated experience. There are a total of 5 stations to bring visitors on a banking journey like never before.
Starting with the Anamorphic LED Screen, an eye-catching curved display with useful and relatable animations for visitors. This curved LED display is designed to lead visitors right into the rest of the interactivities.
After visitors pass the screen, they will be greeted with CIMB’s very own mascot, through a holographic display. This one-of-kind concierge serves to share valuable information about CIMB’s products and offerings. Thereafter, visitors can redeem gifts and items through the automated redemption machine. Unlike the traditional way of speaking to a customer officer, the redemption will be fully-automated.
Gamification has also been incorporated through the arcade of discovery. This gamified booth makes use of motion-detection inject an element of fun in this retail banking experience. To end of the experience, a RFID table has been designed for further engagement.
