What is the Experience?
Clarins Retail Outpost was located at a convenient spot in a shopping mall and housed product displays, make-up stations as well as an interactive touch screen. The kiosk was designed to appeal to female shoppers with the use of soft colours and decorative lights. Ladies could easily stopover at the kiosk while doing their shopping to pick up skincare and beauty products.
What is the Objective?
It can be daunting to step into a beauty store with shelves and shelves of countless products to choose from. To make it less overwhelming, Clarins wanted to provide fuss-free shopping for its valued customers and include an interactive activity to spice up the whole shopping experience.
The kiosk showcased a selection of essential skincare and beauty products. Using a tablet on the make-up counter, visitors to the kiosk could access a specially-designed application to find the right product that will suit their face shape and skin tone.
The magic continues behind the make-up station where shoppers could try their hand at a pinball game and stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
Whether it is utilised as a gaming platform, redemption machine or directory for shoppers/travellers/visitors, or to enable transactions, our all-in-one interactive walls and kiosks provide a self-service platform complete with rich and intuitive interactive features.
