What is the Experience?
The Health Promotion Board (HPB) Age Strong Health Challenge is an interactive fitness booth designed to encourage seniors in Singapore to stay active and build lower-body strength.
Located right at Jurong East MRT, passersby can test out their fitness and knowledge at this interactive booth. Through a simple tap, you can spin the wheel to begin. There are two different challenges you can land on:
Follow the Exercise
An interactive experience where users will attempt to imitate the exercise shown on the screen. A total of 5 reps will be required for users to complete the challenge.
Answer the Quiz
A classic question and answer quiz where users can test their knowledge about fitness and mental well-being.
To encourage the older generation in Singapore to stay active through simple exercises.
The HPB Age Strong Health Challenge is a public activation located right at Jurong East MRT. Through a simple tap on the screen, players will spin the wheel and start the experience – a squat challenge or a classic question and answer.
Upon completion, players will be rewarded through an auto dispensed gift dispensed through the drawer located at the bottom.
The HPB Age Strong Health Challenge makes strength training fun, accessible, and rewarding for people of all ages, especially seniors. The combination of physical activity, interactive learning, and incentives ensures an engaging and beneficial health initiative.
