A Christmas pop-up store was set up outside OCBC bank, in the heart of Central Business District. Trinax designed and built an interactive digital photo booth that enabled consumers to take photos with customised frames and effects. Thereafter, consumers were able to instantly print the taken photos.

What is the Experience?

In celebration of the Christmas season, NTUC prepared a pop-up store in the heart of the Central Business District (CBD) with a photo taking kiosk situation outside. Patrons were treated to an Augmented Reality (AR) photoshoot with Christmas themed photo frames and special effects. Their photo would then be printed out for them to attain as a souvenir of their experience.

What is the Objective?

To garner engagement for patrons of NTUC’s pop-up store. The addition of an interactive photo booth enhances the appeal of the pop-up store, as a whole, and will result in higher footfall for the entire exhibition.

How Does It Work?

A digital photo booth with a camera installed facilitated the AR photo shoot where the customisable Christmas frames could be selected and included in the picture. An instant photo printer is also included in the kiosk to hand out the photos taken during the event to the patrons.
