What is the Experience?
Employees of NTUC Income are invited to access the Income Oasis: The Trials of Innovation through Microsoft SharePoint. This interactive digital campaign features a plethora of touchpoints that includes gamification, daily tracking, real-time leader board and more.
The experience starts with a curated narrative that introduces users to the mission and what they need to do to succeed. Once they have gone through the narration, users will be able to access 3 different games where points will be awarded for participation.
Along the way, users will also learn more about NTUC Income’s corporate values and enhance their knowledge. Users can track their progress through the Point History page, and find out their overall placing on the Leader Board page.

This interactive SharePoint application is designed to bring employees of NTUC Income on a gamified journey of knowledge.
Featuring 3 different games, these games are designed to purposefully allow users to gain important knowledge and strengthen the brand’s corporate values. After each activity, users will be awarded points that will go towards their overall during the entire campaign period. Bonus points will be rewarded for users that clocks their daily check-in.
To spice the experience up, a real-time leader board is also incorporated where users can see how they match up against the rest. May the best player win as you save your workspace from obstacles ahead!
