What is the Experience?
Patrons of ION Orchard can expect an exciting outdoor pop-up located right outside the mall as we countdown to the grand opening of Sephora.
This activation features an elongated LED display with a countdown to Sephora’s opening at ION Orchard. Within the pop-up, patrons can also partake in a puzzle game upon scanning their beauty pass barcode. Patrons that complete the puzzle within 45 seconds will receive a gift card from an automated dispenser.
To create anticipation and excitement leading up to the store opening through an interactive and gamified pop-up.
This interactive pop-up features an outdoor activation with various touchpoints including a large size LED display that countdowns to Sephora’s official opening at ION Orchard.
Gamification in the form of a puzzle game is also integrated to engage patrons around ION Orchard. In order start the game, patrons will be required to download the Sephora App and scan their beauty pass.
Upon completion within the time limit, a physical gift card will be dispensed through an automated dispenser.
