The Trinax team implemented an in-store rewards application, known as The Shilla Access; which is currently exclusive to airport staff holding a seasonal airport pass at Singapore Changi Airport. With the Shilla Access, airport staffs are able to earn points in the form of keys when they spend at Shilla stores in Changi Airport. For example, every dollar spent at Cosmetics & Perfumes stores and Victoria’s Secret stores in Terminal 1 and 2 will earn consumer one Shilla Key.
In addition, the Shilla Access enables holders to navigate and get updated on the latest promotions and new arrivals at Shilla.
What is the Experience?
Registered users accumulate points in the form of keys as they shop at Shilla stores within the airport. They will also receive instant updates on the latest products and promotions. This cultivates a sense of affinity between the users and organisations and at the same time, incentivise them into utilising the app and its features.
The objective was to reward existing staff with a rewards system specifically catered to them, as well as encourage and promote spending within the airport. Through the updated news of latest products and offerings, this also aided marketing efforts by the relevant businesses.
Due to the very specifically targeted audience, only registered users could have access to the app and its rewards-based system. When these users shop at selected outlets, they can earn and collect points. When new products or promotions are available, these information are also made known to the users instantaneously.
